His career began on the front line, in sales and day-to-day operations. That grounding — understanding customers, teams and performance from the inside — continues to shape how the group and its companies are run.
From there, he moved into entrepreneurship, building in outsourcing and contact-center operations, and extending into technology to address the operational challenges he had seen first-hand.
