Wali Zuberi is an operator. For more than seventeen years he has worked where revenue is actually produced — on sales floors, in operations rooms and, increasingly, inside the software that runs them. Today he leads two businesses within the ZW Global Group ecosystem: Alrehman Communication LLC, a BPO and pay-per-call contact-center operation, and ARC LLC Technologies, which builds contact-center software, automation and AI.
Background
His career started on the front line, in direct sales and day-to-day operations. That grounding still shapes how he works: he judges a process by what it does to the agent, the customer and the numbers at the end of the shift, not by how it looks in a presentation.
From frontline work he moved into building operations of his own, first in outsourcing and then in performance-based customer acquisition for US markets. Over the years, the operations he has led have hired and trained more than 800 professionals — agents, quality analysts, team leads, dialer specialists and support staff — most of them in Pakistan, many in their first professional role. Developing people who can meet the expectations of international clients has been a constant thread through his work.
As those operations grew, the limits of off-the-shelf tooling became obvious: dialers that needed constant manual tuning, lead data that arrived dirty, reporting that lagged the business by a day. Rather than accept those limits, he began building technology to address them. That work became ARC LLC Technologies.
The ecosystem
ZW Global Group is the umbrella and management group that brings this work together — presented as ZW Global Group – Our Business Ecosystem. Each business keeps its own name, team and client relationships; the group’s role is shared direction, operating standards and technology.
- Alrehman Communication LLC (a Wyoming limited liability company) focuses on BPO, contact-center operations and pay-per-call customer acquisition across Medicare, Final Expense, ACA, MVA / legal, Home Services and Auto Insurance.
- ARC LLC Technologies develops contact-center SaaS, automation and AI — including WhatsApp Dialer Management, which is now live and lets supervisors oversee dialer operations from WhatsApp.
Operations inform the technology, and the technology is tested against real operational pressure before it is offered to anyone else. That loop is the core of how the ecosystem is designed.
Operating philosophy
Compliance is a growth strategy. In pay-per-call and outbound-adjacent work, consent, disclosures and documentation are not overhead. Buyers stay with partners who can prove where every call came from, and regulators and carriers keep raising the bar. Wali treats compliance evidence as part of the product.
Measure what the buyer measures. A billable call is not the goal; a placed policy, a retained customer or a signed retainer is. Operations are tuned to downstream outcomes so that volume never outruns quality.
Automate the repetitive, not the judgment. Software should remove the manual work that slows teams down — list hygiene, dialer tuning, alerts and reporting — while people stay accountable for the decisions that matter.
Build people, not just headcount. Training, clear standards and visible career paths are what turn a seat into a professional. A contact center is only as good as its team leads.
Building from Pakistan, for international markets
Wali is based in Rawalpindi, and much of the work he leads is delivered from Pakistan for clients and partners in the United States and other international markets. He sees that as an advantage rather than a compromise: a deep pool of educated, English-speaking talent, a strong work ethic and a growing technology community. The challenge is meeting the standards international buyers expect — in compliance, data handling, reporting and communication — consistently and at scale.
That is why so much of his attention goes to process and tooling: documented standards, quality assurance that is measured rather than assumed, and software that makes good practice the default. The aim is simple: operations in Pakistan that clients evaluate on results, not on geography.
In the industry
Wali spends time where the performance-marketing and contact-center industries meet. In February 2024 he attended Affiliate World Dubai (February 28–29, 2024, Dubai World Trade Centre), a major international conference for affiliate and performance marketers, to follow how traffic, media buying and compliance practices are evolving across markets. In 2026 he attended Contact.io 2026 in Denver, Colorado, and MedicareCon 2026 in Birmingham (Hoover), Alabama — see Events for photos.
Those rooms are where buyers, publishers, carriers and technology providers compare notes on what is changing. The lessons come back into the operation as tighter source controls, better buyer reporting and new tooling.
