The career arc

The front line first

Wali Zuberi’s career began where most contact-center careers should: on the phones and on the floor, in direct sales and day-to-day operations. That grounding still shapes how he evaluates every process. The questions are practical — what does this change for the agent, for the caller and for the buyer at the end of the shift — and the answer has to show up in the work, not in a presentation.

Building operations

From frontline work he moved into building and running operations: first outsourcing, then performance-based customer acquisition for US markets. Over time that work concentrated on pay-per-call, where a buyer pays for a qualified inbound call rather than for a lead or an hour of agent time. Pay-per-call rewards operators who control quality at the source, and it punishes those who do not. That discipline became the center of his approach.

Building the software

As the operations matured, the limits of off-the-shelf tooling became a constraint on growth: dialers that needed constant manual tuning, data that arrived in poor condition, reporting that trailed the business by a day. Rather than accept those limits, Wali began building technology to remove them. That work is now ARC LLC Technologies, which develops contact-center software, automation and AI — including WhatsApp Dialer Management, which lets supervisors oversee dialer operations from WhatsApp.

One ecosystem

Today the operating business, Alrehman Communication LLC, and the software business, ARC LLC Technologies, work side by side within the ZW Global Group ecosystem. Operations inform the technology; the technology is proven under real operational pressure before it is offered to anyone else. Each business keeps its own name, team and client relationships.

Track record, stated plainly

This page deliberately avoids headline numbers. What can be stated, and checked, is this:

  • Seventeen-plus years in the industry, from frontline sales to running operations and building software.
  • Two operating businesses under his leadership: Alrehman Communication LLC for BPO and pay-per-call operations, and ARC LLC Technologies for contact-center software.
  • Six US pay-per-call verticals: Medicare, Final Expense, ACA, MVA / legal, Home Services and Auto Insurance — each with its own qualification rules, seasonality and compliance requirements.
  • A consent-first standard: programs are built on TCPA-consented traffic, with source-level documentation available to buyers.
  • Software in production: ARC LLC Technologies offers a 7-day free trial of its Data Tool (500,000 scrub credits on signup) and a free trial of its automated call flow manager for WhatsApp dialer management. See contact-center tools.
  • Visible in the industry: Affiliate World Dubai (February 2024), Contact.io 2026 in Denver and MedicareCon 2026 in Alabama. Photos are on the Events page.
  • Published thinking: practical articles on Medicare buying, consent evidence, dialer oversight and floor management in Insights.

Buyers and partners who want performance detail get it the way it should be given: in a direct conversation, measured against their own program.

How he works

Quality is decided at the source. A program is only as clean as its least-documented publisher, so source controls come before scale.

The buyer’s outcome is the scoreboard. A billable call is a means; a placed policy, an enrolled member, a booked appointment or a signed retainer is the result that matters.

Software should remove friction, not judgment. Automation handles list hygiene, pacing, alerts and reporting; people stay accountable for decisions.

Teams are built, not hired. Training, clear standards and visible career paths are what turn a seat into a professional.
